Located on Amelia Island, Florida, just 29 miles north of Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), the 1350 acre property overlooks the blue water of the Atlantic on the east and the green marshland and Intercostals Waterway on the west.Long Point, Tom Fazio’s creation, is an 18-hole layout distinctly designed among primal marshlands and the towering sand dunes of the Atlantic. Long Point is our Club Members primary course; however, resort guests may reserve tee times one day in advance.
Amelia River, (formerly Royal Amelia) open to the public and located just three miles from the resort’s main entrance, offers a Tom Jackson designed 18-hole layout, sculpted around a forest of majestic live oaks, sabal palms, pines and wax myrtles.

The Amelia Inn and Beach Club offers 249 luxury hotel rooms with an ocean view, as well as a spectacular two-tiered pool deck, complements everything that is Amelia. All private balconies face the ocean and are a delightful place for an early morning breakfast while enjoying the sunrise.The Amelia Inn and Beach Club is a AAA, Four Diamond facility. The Ocean Grill, located in the Amelia Inn, is the Plantation’s most elegant restaurant, serving dinner and the Sunrise Caf_ serving breakfast with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. Daily itinerary for Florida Golf Schools

9:00 am – 12:00 pm: Practice stations for personal lessons with your teaching Professional.
12:00 pm – 12:45 pm: Lunch
12:45 pm – 3:00 pm: On course play with your teaching Professional.
3:00 pm Until Dark: Unlimited Golf

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you would need to cancel your school all deposits and payments are refunded in full, less $75 per person if cancellation is received 10 days or more prior to session date.

Cancellations received within 10 days or less notice will be given a credit towards a future National Golf School, to be used within 1 year of the cancellation date.

No refunds will be made on instruction, accommodations and/or other non instruction components. With full payment, rates are locked in although National Golf School reserves the right to correct errors.

Florida Golf Schools assesses a $50.00 change fee per person for any changes made to a package once confirmed. Changes need to be made by telephone through the Florida Golf Schools at (877) 580-1500.

Bad Weather Policy
In the rare event of bad weather, you will be able to attend the class the following day or receive a credit for the rain day to be used within 365 days of the rain day. 

Deposit & Payment Policy
We make it very simple for you; we take a $500 deposit at the time you make your reservation and the remaining payment is required 10 days prior to your first school day. 

Service Fees
We add a flat 10% service fee to the package price of all our golf school vacations. This fee covers all the various charges that you would typically need to make yourself while attending your school, including tips to the staff and other service fees. We pay this for you, typically at a loss, as an added service.
